temporary housing and/or individuals /families that are in need of temporary or permanent housing due to economic conditions.

ACI Property Solutions also provides housing solutions for those to purchase real estate for the first time in neighborhoods that are part of national revitalization efforts. In addition to providing housing alternatives for individuals and families, ACI Property Solutions also offers Section 3 opportunities as per the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Act of 1968 that promotes local economic development, neighborhood economic improvement, and individual self-sufficiency.
